  • Current Emotional & Mental Coping Habits: what do you do to and how do you manage stress, feelings of anxiety, mood, and other emotionally challenging dynamics in your life.

  • Current Womb and Hormone Wellbeing: state of your period; identify symptoms related to hormone imbalances and womb issues such as hot flashes, night sweats, low sex drive, excessive facial hair, fatigue and insomnia, brain fog.

  • Next, we identify 2-3 areas of that you have decided to create change in

  • We then collaborate and create measurable goals and a plan of action to obtain the changes you want to see in your physical body, mental wellbeing, and emotional wellbeing.
