Ivory Shields is an Occupational Therapist & Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Spiritual Mindset Coach, Actress & Speaker.  She is an advocate for women and holistic womb health & childhood trauma healing.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from UAB and has been a licensed therapist for 16 years. A survivor of childhood sexual trauma and parental abandonment, Ivory has helped hundreds of women get “unstuck” by reclaiming their bodies, voice, and confidence.

Ivory specializes in teaching women about womb and hormone health and how to have a better quality of life through the use of botanical and natural therapies, movement therapy, nutrition therapy, and meditation therapy. She teaches practical & client centered tools that help women understand the mental, physical, spiritual blocks that are contributing to womb and hormonal issues, in order to manage stress & anxiety, weight gain, low libido, and mood swings. Ivory helps women go from feeling like a superwoman who has to please and take care of everyone else, to a worthy-woman who masters the art of giving and receiving for an overall better sex life, work life, home life and personal life. Ivory is the creator of Healing for the Culture iHeart radio show and SoulAudacity Podcast and YouTube Channel. As an actress and producer, she has appeared in several tv sitcoms, movies, and commercials. Ivory has been a featured speaker on the Black News Channel and Best Self Atlanta Magazine, along with several podcasts, retreats, and workshops. She enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, and reading.
